Steiff Rocks Elton John is this second release in Steiff’s tribute series. It celebrates his iconic 1973 album, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, whilst reminding us of the outstanding and award winning talent of the legendary, British singer, pianist and composer. Welcome the ‘Rocket Man’ himself, Sir Elton John, courtesy of the German, master teddy bear makers, Steiff.
Elton John is a fully jointed character teddy bear. He has been sewn from a cream mohair, with sections of his famous 1973 album cover, having been depicted on his palms and soles, whilst his jacket mirrors the one depicted on his right sole. The jacket itself has been already incorporated into his coat. It is of a light pink mohair, that features a ribbed collar and waistband, with a zip cover and his name embroidered onto its back. His glossy black safety eyes are shaded by a pair of ‘bear sized’ sunglasses, that are exclusive to the Elton John Eyewear Collection and feature the brands logo. Their pink hue matches his jacket whilst highlighting his hand stitched, inverted pentagon cocoa nose and mouth. In finishing he wears a sparkling earring consisting of a diamante hoop and dangling cross, confirming his allegiance to the man himself.
This fabulous piece is a Worldwide Limited Edition of just 3,000 bears and will come to you boxed, with his numbered certificate of authenticity.

The quality of the toy was very good.
A quite official product, with certificate and package. It looks the same as it is on the picture. Only one slight difference from my imagination: the cloth of royal cloak is not thick enough or so stiff to keep the shape easily. Anyway, it does not matter. I like it!
