The dog arrived in a plastic bag; this should of been better presented in a box. The front left leg was shorter than the other and falls ove. I called and left a “quite” message but no one replied. So in my book it’s poor immunisation and after sales service.

Great communication. Answered an emailed query in good time. Delivery was quick and item was well packaged, postage cost was reasonable and item was as advertised. Very pleased with the service overall and plan to use again very soon to purchase another.
