Always a lovely magical experience visiting the shop or website. Helpful staff and amazing selection of stock. Our grandchildren, boys and girls, have many of the beautiful Hansa soft toys. So realistic, well made and of course - cuddly! So glad we found this shop!
Even though my local Australian courier made an addressing error when the parcel was handed over to them, World of Bears were terrific in their help in trying to get the error resolved. Great customer service.
