First Class service, friendly, helpful, polite, prompt delivery, absolutely brilliant, would certainly recommend. My wife has bought many many bears from World of Bears over the past few weeks and if she was not happy they would not get her custom - that's for sure. I feel really sorry for the delivery man who did struggle to get the box through our gate (was amusing watching him though !!!)

Just as I expected, soft-sweet-cuddly. Not too big, not too small, it's just right for the little one in our lives (and the pink sweater adds an adorable touch).
