I thought the box was slightly too small and caused some crushing of the contents.
I ordered online to send as a gift and included a greetings card in my order. I called the store to ask if they would include a message in it to send direct to the recipient. They were more than happy to do so and the package was sent out the same day and received by the next. The bunny themed items I ordered were greatly received and are great quality!
