I ordered this bear for my grand-daughter having purchased a similar one from another retailer which was of very poor quality. A good reminder that you get what you pay for! I placed the order one day and received the bear the very next day - no additional postage costs just first class customer service. And the bear? He's beautiful, really good quality and he will be very loved by my grand-daughter. Highly recommend World of Bears - will definitely be visiting again.
