He has been sewn from a gorgeously soft and dense, tonal cinnamon faux fur plush, with velvety-touch paw and ear accents, glossy two-tone brown safety eyes and a stitched cocoa nose to match. He wears a white long-sleeved top, plus berry-red trousers, featuring striped red and white ‘braces’ and fastened with two candy mint wheel buttons and a red long tailed santa’s hat complete with white faux fur trim and pom-pom, whilst holding a red and white striped candy cane, complete with a three berried, two leaf sprig of holly. the item was nice but didn't really resemble the picture! ... It's a bit like the items advertised by the food take away giants, the product ie: burger, chicken, salad etc. shown looks super but what you get, bears (pardon the pun) only a slight resemblance.We are happy though, as it wasn't a gift, it was for us to help with the recent loss of our lovely Simba the cocker spaniel.The quality is lovely - it just doesn't look like the picture.Thanks :)
Had an initial email to confirm order and to say one of the purchases was out of stock (and loved the 'bearie hugs'!). Then shortly afterwards had a phone call from Elaine (I think that is her name) to let me know that this particular item was now discontinued. She came over so friendly and warm, sorted the order out and everything was delivered so promptly. That lady is a gem.And the soft toys ..... gorgeous.

We searched shops for Merryday Tiger, nowhere to be found so absolutely delighted when I found you had him in stock. My little grandson is so attached to his original one we needed a spare just in case Tigger got lost!!!!
