My 2 year old lost her favourite toy penguin and was lost without it. I was pleased to find the World of Bears website & relieved to find an exact replacement. My daughter thinks the penguin went on holiday to the Post Office and life is back to normal. The service provided by World of Bears was quick and the toy arrived when they said it would.
