I recently purchased a bear for my daughter who is due to be born in 2 weeks.The 1st bear wasn’t in stock and a lady called Elaine email and messaged straight away about the order,stating the one I was looking at was unavailable and was there anything else that could be given as a replacement,and there was a very similar one which was more expensive.Elaine was straight on the ball posting the replacement one out,I had my order within 2 days.Such excellent customer service.
