This wonderful Faithful Friend is by Sawley Fine Arts and a gorgeous forever companion. He is an Akita and heralds from the Japanese Akita (Akita Inu )and is sometimes known, as an American Akita
The Akita is 30.5cm/12″ head to tail measured along back, and part-filled with beans, for that comforting, cuddly appeal. He has been sewn from a mix of decadent plushes. A sumptuously dense dark cream, with a tipped short close-pile for his ears and muzzle, plus velvety accents for his paws and inner ears, whilst delicate hand applied shading creates depth and detail, bringing the breed to life. To finish, a moulded black nose with endearing two-tone brown eyes.
Handmade using all new materials (100% polyester fibre). Hand surface wash only.
Approx size: 30 (cm)
Suitable for: 3+

Elaine and her team at The Gorge Bear Co and World of Teddy Bears would like to extend an invitation for you to visit her and her many beary friends, over eighteen thousand in fact!
Being established since 1999 in Somersets Cheddar Gorge and County Town of Taunton. The Gorge Bear Co and World of Bears are renowned for being the worlds best and biggest teddy bear cuddly soft toy shop most people will have ever visited.
Don’t be surprised if your breath is taken away as you enter either of these shops. There is something suitable for everyone, from young to old, collectible to cuddly soft toys and something for everyone’s budget.
World of Bears has an easy-to-use website, with a vast array of brands (some I know & others new to me, which was a feast for the eyes). I placed my order and received confirmation along with DPD tracking info. It arrived quicker than expected, expertly boxed & presented well. I would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
Came in a stingy cardboard box with nothing to protect it from the long journey to Australia. A bit of plastic or wrapping would've been nice!
Delivery good. Quality if the bears not quite as cute as in the pictures though.
Great little bear. very tactile.
