Don’t be surprised if your breath is taken away as you enter either of these shops. There is something suitable for everyone, from young to old, collectible to cuddly soft toys and something for everyone’s budget.
Very disappointed with bear which was stuffed into an organza bag which when removed from it the bear was flattened squashed and very ugly. Why the bag? to save space I expect. With lots of manipulating of the bear it is now ok but the joy of receiving it was ruined by the packaging. The service and other items - greetings cards were fine but will not buy any more soft toys from you.
Such a great company. The service is fast and friendly. Love how everything is worded. Bought a lovely dog teddy and my granddaughter is besotted. It's so soft and cuddly. Very well made and great quality
