Wolf Cub has been sewn from a supersoft, velvet touch plush with fluffy accents, whilst being detailed with a moulded nose and airbrush shading. He has also, been slightly understuffed, for that must have, floppy, squidgy soft, comforting feel.

Service was great, the only problem I had was that I ordered a Bashful Jellycat that was shown as in stock on their website, completed the purchase and then the next day received an email stating that in fact the item wasn't in stock. They apologised so I was happy with that and just chose another colour. Was impressed that they gave a personal service and tried to call me to inform me before emailing me - that shows good customer service. But 4 stars from me as the website should have been updated to show correct stock.
