Website could be improved when looking for items. A bit overcrowded in my opinion.
Item was required within 2 days from date of purchase and lady I spoke to on the phone was able to make it happen. It was just as described - good quality fluffy toy and looks just like a real puppy. My daughter loves it so much and made her birthday even more special.
