I was pleased with the service fr World of Teddy. What I was most pleased with was, I was concerned I had not received an order confirmation email so I emailed the company. They came back in no time at all advising the email may have gone into junk. They were right.
We are living in Spain and the bear was going to my daughter in law in the U.k so once again I was relying on Elaine and the staff at World of Bears to select my hand personalised card for us, she selected our card on ordering and said she would keep it safe until the bear had been made and returned from Germany, this she did and I know from my son that it was absolutely perfect for my daughter in law. Thank You World of Bears.
