Very impressed with speed of order being filled and shipped and free shipping!However, not impressed with the barrage of emails since the order along the vein of "we see you've visited our site, please contact us for help". Very annoying.
Purchased on behalf of a neighbor who loved the Steiff teddy bear. Purchased for their grandchild.
They were so soft and a beautiful design My granddaughters were thrilled with them.
