Being established since 1999 in Somersets Cheddar Gorge and County Town of Taunton. The Gorge Bear Co and World of Bears are renowned for being the worlds best and biggest teddy bear cuddly soft toy shop most people will have ever visited.
Don’t be surprised if your breath is taken away as you enter either of these shops. There is something suitable for everyone, from young to old, collectible to cuddly soft toys and something for everyone’s budget.
Service was great, the only problem I had was that I ordered a Bashful Jellycat that was shown as in stock on their website, completed the purchase and then the next day received an email stating that in fact the item wasn't in stock. They apologised so I was happy with that and just chose another colour. Was impressed that they gave a personal service and tried to call me to inform me before emailing me - that shows good customer service. But 4 stars from me as the website should have been updated to show correct stock.
I think it's lovely. Hope my new grand-daughter will feel the same.
