I ordered two of these, and already have one at home that my toddler loves. One of the bunnies arrived with hard plastic on the inside of its ear. At first, I thought it was a plastic tag but I opened it up and it's hard plastic thread. It's too much trouble to send it back all the way to the UK. I hoped the quality control would be better on an item that is made for an infant. Very disappointed.
