The service was good, the only problem we had was ordering stock that said it was in stock on the website, only to find out it wasn't once we'd placed the order. World of Bears wasn't the cheapest option, but it did show the item in stock where others didn't. They were nice via email and explained the situation, so I persisted with the order.
