In remembering Fritz Steiff and his outstanding contribution, we welcome Fritzle, a 28cm, Mohair Teddy Bear, perfectly crafted by Steiff. Fritzle is fully jointed and sewn from the finest mohair, with age defined shading plus an exceptional ribbon bow, featuring an earlier advertising promo. Without the assistance, drive and ambition of Margaretes brother Fritz and the inspiration to sell a certain wee elephant at the Heidenheim Christmas Market, Steiff may not have become the master concern that it is today, so on its 135th Anniversary, Steiff would like to pay homage to this remarkable man with the release of Fritzle.
Fritzle is a 28cm, fully jointed Teddy Bear sewn from a decadent, light beige mohair, with wonderful, aged defined shading and accents, plus the most nostalgic of faces. He wears a spectacular ribbon bow, which features a colour illustration of an early 1900s advertising design, that received great acclaim from the Toy Industry of the time. This adorable creation is a Worldwide Limited Edition of only 1,880 (foundling year) and will come to you boxed with his numbered certificate of authenticity.
