The bear is super quality as can be expected from Steif but the service was excellent to the point of being too efficient. The pre order advert stated delivery towards the end of April which was spot on for me as the bear was an anniversary present. However the bear came mid way through March -better late than never!

my experience was very good as when ordering the page timed out so i had to start again. the next morning i got a call from a lovely lady that works at world of bears to inform me that both my orders had gone through. she wanted to double check that it had not been a duplicate order before she sent it out. the bears that i ordered arrived the following day, well packed and perfect.i will defiantly be using this website again as i live to far away from the shop and only get chance to go there once a year.
