I ordered 2 items, a pug and a bear, both happened to be Hermann toys. Within 24 hours I was told that the pug was in stock but the bear would not arrive until the 18th December. This was a bit of a worry as they were both Christmas presents. As it happened they turned up in perfect condition a day or two early.
