Disappointed a Steiff did not come in any sort of box, just a plastic bag. Delivery time good.

The Bears are lovely and the device was good. the girl spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but I was extremely disappointed in the presentation of the Bears. They arrived rattling about in a cardboard box wth bit of paper loosely round them. I expected them to be at least boxed and hopefully beautifully wrapped with a certificate. I have never had such poorly presented bears. Especially as they were an expensive purchase and limited edition.
Delivery and gift box spot on. Would order from this shop again.
