Beautiful - better than we expected
Elaine telephoned to say there would be a delay with one of the bears and asked if the other bear should be despatched immediately. Elaine rang again when both bears were ready for despatch. First class professional service from Elaine and I would recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you.
