He is a present for a very dear friend. She will be delighted as I am with this cute Paddington beanie. He will fit in her backpack very nicely and go on her adventures as he is light and can squeeze in the tiniest of places. Happy purchase, always!
Sooty was as charming as you might expect and, and in most respects, it was made to Steiffs' usual high quality. Unfortunately one of the eyes did have a tiny flaw and, as the bear was intended to be given as a Christmas gift, I felt we couldn't accept the original. However, Elaine was extremely kind and helpful and, when I explained the problem, arranged for an immediate replacement to be sent (which was fine).
